At Thatcher’s Wine, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, due to the perishable nature of wine, returns are generally limited to items that are damaged or spoiled upon arrival. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.

Return Process

    Include clear photographs of the damaged bottle, the cork, or the shipping carton to help us process your claim with the carrier.

    Secure the Product

    Keep the original packaging and the remaining contents of the bottle, as we may provide a return shipping label for inspection purposes.

    Once your claim is verified, we will issue a replacement of the same vintage or provide a full store credit to your account.
